EJSSS accepts all submissions only online through this page. Before submitting your abstract or manuscript, please read Author Guidelines carefully.
EJSSS invites research based, empirical, case study, applied or conceptual papers, and extracts of PhD thesis from academicians, research scholars and professionals.
Submission and Publication Process
1. First, the author is to register. To go to registration page, please click here. After receiving confirmation of registration, use the login name and password to submit the Abstract/Manuscript as per following procedure.
2. Abstract of the paper needs to be submitted for editorial consideration. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Editorial Board. Decision regarding acceptance for publication will be informed within 07 days of submission of Abstract on the EJSSS website or by email. You can also check the status of acceptance by logging into the website using your login name and password. To submit your abstract, please mail editor@ejsss.net.in with the abstract as an attachment (MS Word file). You may also mail your Abstract to submission.ejss@gmail.com
3. Abstract should be submitted with a Title Page containing Author's name, qualification, Institutional affiliation (if any), address for communication, email address and mobile or telephone number.
3. Once the acceptance of the Abstract is confirmed, proceed to submit your full paper, click here. The publication process for the full paper may take eight to twelve weeks’ time and is contingent upon the Peer Review process. Revisions necessitated by the review process will be intimated by email. You can also check the status of acceptance by logging into the website using your login name and password. On completion of the revisions, use the link Submit Manuscript to upload the revised and full paper.
4. EJSSS has NO SUBMISSION CHARGES. However, a modest ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC) is applicable the details of which are given at https://www.ejsss.net.in/authorguidline.php . After the Peer Review and final acceptance of the manuscript authors will be informed to remit the APC before the publication of manuscript by email, with necessary details. No other charges than the prescribed APC are required from the authors.
5. Your article/paper will be scheduled for publication in the forthcoming Volume/Issue.
6. The published paper shall be provided to the Author with appropriate publication information by email in PDF form. Co-Authors shall also be provided with a PDF copy by email. No print copy of the published material shall be provided. For scholastic requirements, should the author need a PDF version to be mailed to any specific institution, specific request with institutional email ID should be provided by the Author.
Call for Papers: OPEN throughout the year. However, since the journal is published in a cycle of four months, papers submitted with less than ten weeks for next publication may take additional time. Any delay beyond these estimates will be communicated by email.
